Cllr Idu Miah 2019 – declaration of interest
I have served as a Town Councillor previously. I went to school and lived
and worked in Mossley for most of my life. I own and work in the Post
Office on Manchester Road and I am also an accountant. I believe that the
Town Council should be able to influence how the town develops and how
clean and well maintained it is. I am concerned, that because of the
austerity measures since the Conservatives gained power nationally, many
people have to resort to food banks. I want to bring more resources into
Mossley and work closely with Tameside Council to do this.
