Following the unprecedented acts of vandalism and criminal damage carried out at the Egmont St Community Garden and Children’s Play Area, the Town Council has written to both Greater Manchester Police and Tameside MBC.
The Police have responded swiftly and are pursuing action where possible.
The Police have given an undertaking that officers will attend future Town Council meetings to deliver updates and respond to questions about crime and associated issues in Mossley generally.
